Presidential advisor Yuri Ushakov is speaking through the Russian state-controlled news agency Tass, in an initial comment on the content of the talks between the US and Ukraine on a revised draft peace plan.
"We learned about the European plans this morning. As for the proposals circulating this morning, they are non-constructive and do not suit us," Ushakov said, according to Tass.
The Kremlin has carefully avoided commenting on the talks about possible peace plans. Regarding the 28-point plan from US President Donald Trump, Putin commented that it could be a fertile ground.
