During a routine sampling of the drinking water, signs of an infiltration of surface water were detected, and the boiling recommendation applies until the municipality receives the answer to the samples, reports P4 Västernorrland.
The recommendation covers all those with municipal water between Väja and Gustavsvik, as well as Sandö, Svanö and Klockestrand.
Västernorrland has recently been affected by several rainy weather conditions.
