+ Maja Åskag secured a final spot in the long jump and will now repeat the success when she enters the triple jump qualifying.

+ Faith Kiptegon, Kenya, has three consecutive World Championship gold medals in the 1,500 meters and is of course in Japan to extend the success trend.
