The Irish rappers Kneecap deny that one of the members has committed a terrorist crime.
"We deny this "crime" and will defend ourselves forcefully. This is political police work. This is a carnival of distraction", the band writes on X.
A member of the band is to be prosecuted for a terrorist crime on June 18 after displaying a Hezbollah flag at a concert in London last November.
Kneecap, accused of supporting both Palestinian Hamas and Lebanese Hezbollah, are booked for a performance at the Gothenburg festival Way Out West this summer.
