The current CFO, Niclas Neglén, who has held the position for six years, and Marketing Manager David Sandström, who took up the position nine years ago, will be replaced in early 2027.
CEO Sebastian Siemiatkowski thanks them for their efforts and writes in a comment that they are both leaving Klarna as a stronger company than it was when they took office.
The announcement comes in connection with an interim report, after which Klarna's shares plummeted by approximately 20 percent in futures trading on Wall Street.
