According to Nobia, approximately 829 million shares have been subscribed for with the support of subscription rights. In addition, approximately 12.4 million shares will go to investors without subscription rights.
“This significantly strengthens our financial position and reflects confidence in our strategy, with an increased focus on our core markets in the Nordics,” says CEO Kristoffer Ljungfelt in a press release.
He now believes conditions are good for profitability and growth.
Nobia owns, among other things, the well-known brand Marbodal.
On Tuesday, Nobia's share fell 0.5 percent to SEK 2.20. This compares with the issue's subscription price of SEK 1.78 per share.
