Kiss said goodbye in 2023 but are now resurfacing as digital versions of themselves. Three years ago, Pophouse, the Swedish company behind the avatar technology, bought the rights to the iconic rock group's music and visuals and has created a new show.

But it won't just be old songs. According to bassist Gene Simmons, Kiss has written new music that the avatars will perform.

"We've made songs," he tells Pollstar magazine.

Abba star Björn Ulvaeus is one of the owners of Pophouse, which launched the avatar technology. Abba's show in London has been seen by over four million people since its premiere in 2022.
