Tyler Robinson, who is detained suspected of the murder on Wednesday of right-wing activist Charlie Kirk, is not cooperating with the authorities, according to Utah's governor Spencer Cox.
But all people around him are cooperating and that is very important, says Cox to ABC News.
Cox states that the 22-year-old has not confessed to the murder, but the indictment is expected to be brought on Tuesday.
After the murder, Robinson is said to have talked to others on the platform Discord and joked about being the perpetrator, according to New York Times.
All we can confirm is that those conversations definitely took place and that they did not believe it was really him, says Cox about the information.
