A "serious accident" has happened in North Korea during the launch of a new warship, reports state media in the closed country.
Parts of the 5,000-ton heavy destroyer's bottom are said to have been crushed during the launch ceremony in the port city of Chongjin, which was witnessed by dictator Kim Jong-Un in person.
The North Korean leader calls the accident a "criminal act caused by absolute negligence" and warns that the incident "cannot be tolerated".
