In the women's 100-metre final, it was a dominant Finnish victory. Nora Lindahl chose to switch to the Finnish national team earlier this year and has since lowered her personal best by 35 hundredths. In the Swedish Championships final, she showed Sweden what they had missed.
She ran away with the gold in 11.19 seconds, ahead of second-placed Wilma Svesson (11.32) and Sweden's European Championship hopeful Julia Henriksson (11.52).

Amb: "Many tough years"
For Kim Amb it was also a pleasant evening in Uppsala.
The 35-year-old javelin thrower suffered a serious shoulder injury in 2022, which kept him off the competition circuit for four years, but he made a comeback earlier this year.
Now he was also back at the Swedish Championships and there was a duel in the men's javelin competition. Already after the first throws it was clear that Kim Amb and Jakob Samuelsson were in a class of their own. After five throws each, the difference was only six centimetres, but then Samuelsson chose to throw in the towel and not continue the competition.
The Swedish champion was Kim Amb with a throw of 75.98 metres. It was Amb's tenth Swedish Championship gold medal in his career.
It's been a lot of tough years with injuries. It feels incredibly fun to come here and take home a Swedish Championship gold medal again, I'm actually quite empty, says Amb in SVT's broadcast.
Samuelsson came second in the Swedish Championships and Albert Ottander took bronze.
Roos won the duel
As expected, there was also a duel in the women's shot put competition, between Fanny Roos and Axelina Johansson.
The two European Championship-qualified shot putters pushed each other to a good competition with several throws over 19 metres. But it was Fanny Roos who took the gold in 19.37, which is the best result so far in a Swedish championship. The SM gold is Roos' twelfth outdoor.
Roos saw it as a statement of form ahead of the European Championships in Birmingham in August.
"I think my form is getting better and better. It feels very stable today, one hit is missing of course, but there are two weeks left to try to do the same and then get a longer shot there," she says.
Swedish record holder Johansson had to settle for silver in 19.15. Home teammate Victoria Wickman took bronze.
