Khaddi Sagnia has been troubled by major injury concerns in recent years and missed the European Championship and Olympic Games last year.
But in Slovakian Kosice, the long jumper came with a real message of strength and struck with a jump of as much as 6.69. It was the Swede's best result in three years.
With the jump, Sagnia also cleared the Swedish Athletics Association's qualifying limit for the World Championship which takes place in Tokyo in September.
Sagnia won the competition in Kosice ahead of the American Monae' Nichols.
