Last week, the auditing firm KPMG presented its external review of Millennium, where several deficiencies were identified.
And according to information to SVT Väst, several people who had leading roles in the introduction of Millennium in Västra Götaland will now be leaving.
"It is true that VGR will be changing the composition of the steering group directly linked to Millennium and no steering group meetings will be held for the time being", writes the region's press service in a comment to SVT.
Millennium was supposed to facilitate healthcare in Västra Götaland. Instead, the introduction failed from the start and was stopped just a few days later, due to technical problems and massive protests from staff in November.
In February, the introduction of Millennium was formally paused indefinitely.
