Heavy metal pioneer died on Tuesday, 76 years old. His death occurred just weeks after he stood on stage with Black Sabbath during a big farewell concert in his hometown Birmingham.
For daughter Kelly, the concert was extra emotional, as she got engaged backstage with her long-time partner Sid Wilson from the band Slipknot.
In 2003, father and daughter recorded a cover of Black Sabbath's "Changes", which topped the British singles chart. In her first statement after her father's death, Kelly Osbourne published the song's opening lines on Instagram along with a broken heart emoji:
"I feel unhappy. I am so sad. I lost the best friend I ever had."
Father and daughter Osbourne were known for their strong relationship.
