Thomas Frank chose to take the step to Tottenham after nearly seven years as manager in the Premier League club Brentford.
Now, the Dane's replacement has been appointed. Keith Andrews, the club's former coach with responsibility for set pieces, becomes the new manager.
He is perfectly suited for the job. Keith is clear about what he wants, he is meticulous with details and the players and staff like him, says the club's football manager Phil Giles about the 44-year-old Andrews.
Brentford finished in tenth place in the league last season.
