The company Foodmark is recalling the product Het kebab sauce from the Rydbergs brand in 175g packaging with a best before date of 26 February 2025. This is because it may contain listeria, Foodmark announces in a press release.
"Listeria is a health risk and we urge consumers who have purchased any of the affected products not to consume them but instead discard the product", Foodmark writes.
They further state that many of the delivered products "to a large extent" have been retrieved from stock at wholesalers and retailers. However, individual products with the current best before date may have been sold to consumers via Willys, Hemköp, Tempo and Eurocash.
