The 26-year-old is in Val di Fiemme with Jonna Sundling and Moa Ilar, where the cross-country competitions will take place during the Olympics.
"I've been able to do what I want to do and I feel that my body is a little fuller now. There's still a pretty calm and harmonious Frida standing here today," says Karlsson.
The cross-country Olympics begin on Saturday, February 7th with the women's skiathlon.
