Kanye West, who now goes by Ye, is hoping for forgiveness. In an ad in The Wall Street Journal, the artist apologizes for the anti-Semitism he has spread, according to several media outlets.

In Monday's edition of the newspaper, there is a statement from Ye with the headline "To Those I Have Hurt."

The artist, who has repeatedly come under fire for anti-Semitism, writes about how a car accident 25 years ago caused a brain injury that was not investigated until 2023.

The injury led to his diagnosis of bipolar disorder. Ye describes how he “lost touch with reality” and did things he “deeply regrets” - including selling swastika shirts.

"I am neither a Nazi nor an anti-Semite," writes Ye, who has also previously apologized for the anti-Semitism he has spread.
