England poured it on in their first match, and Harry Kane scored two goals as Croatia were defeated 4–2.
However, against a defensively strong Ghana, Kane and his teammates did not find many openings.
Until the end.
Then Kane had a great chance - but sent the ball over the bar.
Before that, Ghana's substitute Prince Adu had come close to making it 1-0 in the 78th minute, but was ultimately ruled offside.
Both teams are on four points - Ghana defeated Panama 1-0 in the first match - and England retain the lead in Group L on superior goal difference.
England will finish the group stage against Panama, while Ghana will face Croatia.
