Six attempts – six losses. Kalmar have been weak away from home this season. However, a break in the trend came against Häcken at Hisingen.
In the 12th minute, Aboubacar Keita gave the visitors the lead when he stayed in front of his marker and met a cross from Carl Gustafsson.
However, Häcken created several dangerous chances and also equalized. Centre-back Harry Hilvenius met Mikkel Rygaard's corner and headed in 1–1, a score that stood until halftime.
A goalless second half then meant that Kalmar were able to collect a long-awaited point away from home and climb to 10th place in the table. Häcken, who have not won at home since May, are third.
