It will be the first time the two world stars are the main acts at the festival, although both have played there before.
Justin Bieber is current with the new album "Swag II", the sequel to "Swag" which was released in June. Sabrina Carpenter also released her new album, "Man's best friend", this summer.
Among other clear artists for the festival, which takes place in the Colorado desert over two weekends in April next year, are Karol G, The XX, Teddy Swims, The Strokes and Iggy Pop.
