The Australian actor Julian McMahon, known from the TV series ”Nip/Tuck” and the "Fantastic four" movies, has passed away 56 years old in the aftermath of cancer, according to his family to Deadline.
McMahon was Golden Globe-nominated for his role as the plastic surgeon Christian Troy in “Nip/Tuck”. In the "Fantastic four" movies from 2005 and 2007 he played the supervillain Doctor Doom.
His latest appearance in a film was in "The Surfer" with Nicolas Cage from 2024.
