A federal judge in the USA blocks President Donald Trump's government from enforcing the plans to stop new visas to foreign students at the prestigious university Harvard, reports Reuters.
The decision means that a previous court order from June 5 is extended.
Harvard has sued the Trump government due to the visa stop. This is part of an ongoing conflict between the White House and the country's oldest and most resource-rich university.
