Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers in Minnesota must curb their aggressive actions, a US judge has ruled. They are barred from arresting peaceful protesters and drivers, and from using pepper spray on protesters.

According to the ruling, ICE has 72 hours to comply with the requirements.

The announcement comes after an American mother of three was shot dead by ICE officers in Minneapolis earlier in January.
