Together with Norwegian biathlon icon Ole Einar Bjørndalen, Klopp watched the relay at the biathlon arena in Antholtz.
"I'm really looking forward to this. This is the first Winter Olympics I'm watching live. We're big fans and really like biathlon," Klopp told NRK ahead of the event.
He was also assigned to ring the bell when one lap remained in the relay.
France took gold in the relay, Norway took silver and Sweden took bronze. Klopp, a German, saw his compatriots finish in fourth place.
