The series is about a middle-aged teacher who becomes obsessed with a younger colleague, and the main roles are played by Oscar-winning British actor Rachel Weisz and her co-star Leo Woodall.
This time Bornebusch co-directed with Shari Springer, Robert Pulcini and Francesca Gregorini.
Her previous international directing assignments include the acclaimed series "Baby Reindeer".
"Vladimir" premieres March 5.
