The so-called "Arboga woman", Johanna Möller, who is convicted of murder and attempted murder of her parents has been moved to Kumla, reports Expressen.

She was supposed to be transferred to Hinseberg prison from the institution in Ystad with security class 2. Now a new assessment has been made and the Prison and Probation Service believes that she needs to be in a prison with a higher security class.

”The risks of escape and abduction, as well as the risks of serious criminal activity, are considered to have increased,” it says in the Prison and Probation Service's decision, according to the newspaper.

”It is assessed that she, with great probability, actively plans to manipulate and induce people to help her with alibis or serious violent crimes,” they write further.
