Rabaeus will be accompanied on the Sollidenscenen stage on December 31 by Farah Abadi, who leads "Tolvslaget på Skansen".

"It's a great honor to read 'Nyårsklockan'. It's both solemn and meaningful", says Rabaeus in the press release.

Sarah Klang, Loa Falkman, and Gustaf Norén are some of the artists participating in the broadcast.

Johan Rabaeus made his film debut in the 1970s and has appeared in a multitude of film, TV, and theater productions, such as "Goltuppen", "Ivar Kreuger", and "Ondskan". Right now, he is current in the latest "Jönssonligan" film in theaters.

"Nyårsklockan" was written in 1850 and has traditionally been read aloud on Skansen in Stockholm since the late 19th century.
