Jim Gottfridsson was released by Pick Szeged earlier this year. During the national team meeting in May, Gottfridsson said he was involved in legal proceedings that he could not comment on.
According to Gottfridsson himself, the legal process is now over. On Instagram, the 33-year-old writes that the parties have reached an agreement.
"The agreement constitutes a final, mutually accepted and fair solution to the situation. The club has expressed its regret and acknowledged that I acted professionally and in a manner worthy of an athlete during my time at the club," Gottfridsson writes on Instagram.
Jim Gottfridsson is currently without a club.
