Arsenal has found its savior just in time for Christmas. And his name is Jesus. Brassen scored with double figures in Arsenal's 5-1 win over Crystal Palace.

That Jesus is a main character for many during Christmas is an old tradition.

But for Arsenal fans, he is extra important. Gabriel Jesus, that is.

It was namely he who was behind most things when Arsenal took three new points in the Premier League after 5–1 away against Crystal Palace.

The same Crystal Palace that Gabriel Jesus scored a hat-trick against earlier in the week, when the teams met in the quarterfinal of the League Cup.

The Brazilian, who had not scored a goal in the league since January 30, stood for two full hits and was involved in a third when he hit the post with a header, whereupon Kai Havertz took care of the rebound.

All the darker for Arsenal's part was that the team's big star, Bukayo Saka, was forced to leave already after 24 minutes of play with a suspected muscle injury in the thigh.

Thus, Arsenal retakes its third place in the table, after Nottingham Forest temporarily passed the London club earlier during the day.
