The picture is now becoming clear as to what happened at Jennifer Aniston's house in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Bel Air on Monday. One of the Hollywood star's security guards stopped 48-year-old Jimmy Wayne Carwyle after he tried to drive his car through the gates.
It turns out that this is not the first time the man has tried to get in touch with the "Friends" star. Prosecutors say that Carwyle has been stalking Jennifer Aniston with a number of voice messages, emails, and social media posts for over two years before the incident at her home.
The suspected man is now going to undergo a forensic psychiatric examination to determine whether he can be brought to trial. He appeared confused and shirtless during the first hearing on Thursday.
At the prosecutor's request, Judge Keith L Schwartz issued a restraining order for Carwyle, who risks three years in prison.
You are not allowed to have any contact whatsoever with Jennifer Aniston under any circumstances, said the judge.
Jennifer Aniston was at home when the incident occurred, but has not wanted to give any comments.
