The conflict erupted after Macklemore shouted "Free Palestine" during an Ed Sheeran concert and performed his song "Hind's Hall", the lyrics of which describe Israel’s warfare in Gaza as genocide.
Pink shared a post critical of Macklemore from the account Stopantisemitism, which also claimed that “anti-Israel propaganda” had been made.
