"Fire and Rain" becomes the title of a new musical based on American artist James Taylor's music. The story is written by playwright and actor Tracy Letts, perhaps best known for his role as Andrew Lockhart in the Hollywood series "Homeland".
The work on the musical, whose title is taken from one of James Taylor's most famous songs, is still in an early stage, writes Hollywood Reporter.
Taylor, who was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2000, has never previously allowed his music to be used in theater productions. Among his most famous hits are also "You've Got a Friend".
Tracy Letts' plays have previously been performed at the Dramaten in Stockholm.
