In his lengthy Instagram post, White writes that he is amazed that Trump is thinking about these kinds of issues when there is a war in the Middle East and parts of the federal government are shut down. He calls on his countrymen to hold a discreet protest.
"Wouldn't it be fun if someone started a campaign to cross out his name every time you get a new banknote?"
