Furthermore, the authority states that the Västra Götaland region (VGR) has not ensured that only "a safe and medically suitable medical technical product" has been used on patients, writes Ivo in an email.
The IT system Millennium was introduced in Västra Götaland in November last year, but was stopped after just a few days due to technical problems and massive criticism from healthcare staff.
VGR must now report its position on the criticism no later than November 13.
