The Netherlands reached a historic first final in tennis's Davis Cup.
There, defending champion Italy was too tough.
Italy won 2–0 in matches after Matteo Berrettini took home the opening singles match against the Dutchman Botic van de Zandschulp with 2–0 in sets.
World number one Jannik Sinner could then secure the victory for Italy after defeating Tallon Griekspoor with the same score.
