The journalists were invited by the directors to the Palestinian-Israeli "No other land" documentary to interview villagers about increased violence from settlers. But in the video, an Israeli soldier tells the journalists that visits are not permitted due to a "military order".

According to Basel Adra, the soldiers prevented the journalists from visiting the two villages they had intended to enter on Monday.

Adra wanted to take the group to his own village, Tuwani, but also to the village of Khallet A-Daba was largely destroyed by the Israeli military last month, according to Adra. Eventually, the journalists were allowed into another village in the area instead.

The Israeli military has not yet commented on the incident.

It is obvious that they do not want the world to see what is happening here, says Adra.

"No other land" deals with Israeli settlers' attacks on Palestinians living in areas occupied by Israel. But the film also portrays the friendship between the activist Basel Adra and the Israeli journalist Yuval Abraham.
