An Israeli drone has crashed into an office belonging to a UN peacekeeping force in Lebanon's capital Beirut.

No person is believed to have been injured and the drone is not believed to have been armed with weapons, according to AP.

The UN force UNIFIL says that Israel is violating a resolution from the Security Council by allowing drones to fly over Lebanese airspace.

Israel has confirmed that the drone is theirs, but has not commented on the incident otherwise.

The incident occurs two weeks after Israeli drones dropped four grenades near members of the peacekeeping force as they worked to clear roadblocks. No one was injured in the attack.
