The film shows anonymous testimony from 24 Israeli military personnel about the killing of Palestinian civilians in Gaza.
"The producers' burning self-hatred, who are prepared to harm their homeland to draw applause from the world's anti-Semites, is incomprehensible and a betrayal of the country," Zohar wrote in a statement, according to Israeli media.
He added that he will work to have the documentary filmmakers' Israeli citizenship revoked.
