The targets are located in the Baalbek area of eastern Lebanon, according to a statement from the Israeli military.
The facilities are said to have been used for weapons storage and for training and shooting exercises.
Israel demands that Iran-backed Hezbollah lay down its arms, and the current Lebanese government has ordered disarmament.
The Israeli military says in its statement that it is determined not to allow Hezbollah to "expand its capabilities and rearm."
