A healthcare worker has been killed and nine other people injured in an Israeli airstrike on a field hospital in Gaza. All the injured are healthcare workers or patients, according to a spokesperson for the Kuwaiti Field Hospital.
The condition of two of the patients is reported to be life-threatening.
The hospital is located in al-Mawasi, which Israel has called a humanitarian zone but simultaneously bombed. Hundreds of thousands of Gazans have fled or been driven to the area to escape the ongoing war, which broke out after the terrorist-stamped Hamas attack on Israel on October 7, 2023.
