Israel's emergency services say a woman in her 40s has been killed in the Tel Aviv area after Iran fired missiles at Israel.
Earlier on Saturday, it was reported that more than 20 people had been injured in the Iranian attacks, which took place in response to Israeli and US attacks on Iran.
Sirens were reported in Jerusalem overnight Sunday. The Israeli military says it has identified missiles heading from Iran toward Israel. Residents are being urged to take cover.
