The message was delivered during a digital meeting Foreign Minister Gideon Saar held with Israeli envoys from around 60 countries on Tuesday.
"The Foreign Minister told the ambassadors that after the Iranian regime's attacks on its neighboring countries and the massacres of its own people, countries around the world must break off relations with it (the regime)," a statement from Saar's office said.
The statement did not specify which 60 countries were represented or whether they had diplomatic relations with Iran.
Sweden has embassies in both Israel and Iran.
