Permits for entry to and exit from the Gaza Strip are coordinated with Egypt, the Israeli agency COGAT wrote.
Those wishing to pass will first undergo security checks. The process will be supervised by the EU.
Hamas has demanded that the border crossing, the only one leading out of the Strip without going through Israel, be opened without hindrance. The opening of the crossing is included in the ceasefire agreement.
