Katz says the US promise to disarm Hamas, designated as a terrorist group, has failed.
“We all understand that it will not happen - and when the order to eliminate Hamas comes, the IDF (Israeli army) is ready to finish the job so that we can also implement the migration plan,” he says.
The “migration plan” effectively means the displacement of around two million Palestinians from the Gaza Strip. Katz claims that it is voluntary movement.
