Israel carried out precision attacks in Lebanon's capital Beirut on Thursday, according to the Israeli military (IDF). The targets of the attacks were high-ranking Hezbollah leaders, according to IDF.
Lebanon's Health Department confirmed the attacks on the southern part of the capital, and said that two people were killed.
An unnamed Hezbollah source told the AFP news agency that Israel had attacked the Islamic movement's drone unit.
