IDF claims that the attacks were directed at "military targets belonging to the Houthi terrorist regime in the areas of Sanna and al-Jawf".
According to the Houthi movement, at least nine people were killed in the attacks and over 100 were injured.
"The death toll has risen to nine martyrs and 118 injured according to preliminary estimates in a situation where civil defense, ambulance personnel and rescue services are still searching for missing persons", writes Anees Alasbahi, spokesperson for the Houthi-controlled health authority, in a post on X.
On Sunday, the Houthi movement sent drones against Israel, one of which hit Ramon Airport outside Eilat in the south. Two people were lightly injured in the incident.
