An update posted on social media announced that 2,745 people had been injured and needed to be taken to hospital or to seek medical attention.
85 people remain in hospital at the moment. Of these, 11 are reported to be seriously injured, according to the ministry.
In parallel, 14 people have been killed in Israel during the war with Iran, according to government reports.
