Hien sat down on the grass after 34 minutes of play and received medical attention from the Swedish medical team.

The Atalanta player had his left thigh bandaged before coming off and was replaced by Carl Starfelt in the 37th minute.

"I haven't heard anything. We have a few days to recover. It didn't look good for Isak, to be honest, but you never know. That's why we have 26 players," Graham Potter says of Hien.

Sweden will face Poland in the qualifying final on Tuesday at Strawberry Arena in Solna. The winner qualifies for the World Cup in the USA, Canada and Mexico this summer.
