Conegliano secured their eighth consecutive title when they defeated Milan in straight sets and won the final series 3–1.
The Swedish star scored the match-winning point, scored 19 points and was named the finals' most valuable player. Haak scored 96 points in the four finals matches.
The next step is a European League game with Sweden in June for Isabelle Haak, followed by the European Championship in Gothenburg in August.
