A Chinese oil tanker sanctioned for carrying Iranian oil has sailed through the US blockade of the Strait of Hormuz, the Iranian embassy in Ghana claims on social media.
The ship sailed under the Malawian flag and received “repeated warnings” from the US Navy with its “big beautiful ships,” the Iranian diplomats claim, which appears to imitate US President Donald Trump’s language.
Then the embassy writes an update:
"We have been told that the blockade only applies to countries that the US does not fear. That list used to be long. Now it will be on Trump's McDonald's receipt."
